Kale is very popular these days. It’s full of vitamins and minerals and it’s considered a super food. I try to buy it every week because the benefits of this vegetable are amazing: boots your immune system, detoxifies, make your skin and nails healthier and more. Of course, the flavor is not one of the best (for me), but with this recipe I made my kids eat kale without a big fuss. I hope you enjoy it.
A bunch of kale chopped
5 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon of white balsamic vinegar (if don’t have that use white vinager mixed with 1 tablespoon of sugar)
1 pinch of salt
A sprinkle of love (DO NOT ever forget that)
Pre-heat the oven to 350
Clean your carrots. Cut them in half length ways and place them in the bowl with the vinegar. Add the chopped kale to the bowl and season with salt and oil. Give it a good mix with your clean hands.
Put the vegetable into an oven tray lined with baking paper and bake for 40 minutes or until the carrots are ready. I suggest to check the kale because it can burn very easily. (The kale is sometimes ready before the carrots)
Enjoy and stay healthy!
