Cuddle chocolate cake

This is my favorite chocolate cake.It’s something sublime, delicious and very easy to make. In Italy is called “Torta Tenerina” and its a typical dessert from Ferrara. The name means  soft and  sweet just like a cuddle.


  • 200 grams dark chocolate                         cuddle cake picture
  • 100 grams butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 50 grams flour
  • A sprinkle of love


  • In a pan melt the chocolate, when the chocolate is melted add the butter {you can do this part in the microwave too just remember to melt the chocolate FIRST and then add the butter}.
  • Pour the chocolate sauce in a bowl and let it cool down.
  • Separating the yolks add one yolk at the time to the cake.
  • Add the flour and mix.
  • Beat the egg white with the sugar, and add it to the cake mixture.
  • Mix until is nice and smooth.
  • Butter a 22 cm cake pan, sprinkle some flour and pour the cake mix in.
  • Bake at 350 for 30/35 minutes. Be careful to not  over cook it, this cake need to be soft and moist in the middle.
  • Let it cool down before to take out of the pan.
  • Sprinkle some icing sugar and a lot of love.

Detox Lentil Soup with Ginger and Turmeric

Full of fiber, protein, iron, and vitamin B, lentils are inexpensive and make a great meat substitute or side dish. Adding Ginger and Turmeric it s detoxifying too.



  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 celery stick
  • 4 cups of water
  • 200 grams lentils previously soak in water for few hours
  • 2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 20 gram fresh ginger
  • Salt
  • A sprinkle of love



  • Clean, peel and cut the vegetables and put everything in a pot.
  • Add now the 4 cup of water and sprinkle some salt.
  • Let it cook for 30/40 minutes and then add the lentils.
  • Let it cook for 20 more minutes on a medium heat.
  • When everything is ready blend everything in a blender, add the Turmeric and the Ginger.
