Izzy’s Bundt cake

This is a cake is made by my daughter Isabella, for her best friends Izzy, one day when she was bored! It’s a very easy recipe that she got from a book “ Laura in the kitchen”,and I really hope you will do it with your kids or friends, I think that in the kitchen we can build the best, precious memories.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ¾ flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 16 tablespoons butter {2 stick}
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • A sprinkle of love

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven at 350. Spray the Bundt cake pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. In another bowl beat the butter and the sugar until is fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix for 2 minutes. Slowly add the flour mixture and stir together. Add the milk and stir until the mixture is nice and smooth.
  4. Spread the batter in the pan. Bake for 60 minutes until the toothpick is clean.
  5. Let it cool and serve it with some ice-cream, whipping cream or jam.
  6. Buon Appetito
