If you love good food, cooking and Italian Culture, then you have to come and meet Marzia, a Real Authentic Italian  mom and wife. Marzia will welcome you in her kitchen like an old friends and she will share her passion for good, healthy home-made with a love food.This is not a regular class, it’s a cooking and eating experience that brings people together and promote the passion for Italian Food.

Her classes are usually hands-on, for adults or kids and they are  perfect for every occasion like: birthday parties, bachelorette parties, girls night out, mom and daughter get together, couples and more .Cooking is the best place to build precious, unforgettable memories.

Fresh pasta class

 

Marzia’s  classes have inspired many of her customers to cook in their kitchen!

In this class, participants will be instructed  an intimate setting, in the basic techniques of creating various hand rolled & cut pastas like tagliatelle, spaghetti, spaghetti alla chitarra and cannelloni and 2 different sauce.Helpful hints, tips & sauces recipes will be shared including how to incorporate local seasonal ingredients. After your hard work is done, we will all eat what we made together.This class is 2 1/2 hours long. Price is 40 dollar.

Marzia’s  classes have inspired many of her customers to cook in their kitchen!

In this class, participants will be instructed  an intimate setting, in the basic techniques of creating potato gnocchi and 2 different sauce. Helpful hints, tips & sauces recipes will be shared including how to incorporate local seasonal ingredients. After your hard work is done, we will all eat what we made together.This class is 2 hours long. Price is 40 dollar.

In this class, participants will be instructed  an intimate setting, in the basic techniques of creating an homemade lasagna from scratch.We will start with the egg pasta, the meat sauce and the beschiamel sauce. Helpful hints, tips & sauces recipes will be shared including how to incorporate local seasonal ingredients. After your hard work is done, we will all eat what we made together or you bring home a small tray to eat with your family.This class is 3 1/2 hours long.Price is 50 dollar.

After your hard work is done, we will all eat what we made together or you bring home a small tray to eat with your family.This class is 2 1/2 hours long.Price is 40 dollar.

Italian Sauces

Marzia’s  classes have inspired many of her customers to cook in their kitchen!

In this class, participants will be instructed  an intimate setting, in the basic techniques of creating few Italian sauces.We will make Carbonara, Puttanesca, Meat sauce, Arrabbiata and Vegetarian. We will taste all the sauce with  regular pasta. You will learn how to make a delicious meal in 20 minutes. Helpful hints, tips & sauces recipes will be shared including how to incorporate local seasonal ingredients. After your hard work is done, we will all eat what we made together or you bring home a small tray to eat with your family.This class is 2 1/2 hours long. Price 40 dollar

The Art of making Risotto

Marzia’s  classes have inspired many of her customers to cook in their kitchen!

In this class, participants will be instructed  an intimate setting, in the basic techniques of creating risotto.We will make Risotto alla milanese, Risotto with sausage and red vine and  Pumpking Risotto.  Helpful hints, tips & sauces recipes will be shared including how to incorporate local seasonal ingredients. After your hard work is done, we will all eat what we made together or you bring home a small tray to eat with your family.This class is 2 1/2 hours long. Price 40 dollar

 

CLASSIC ITALIAN LEVEL 1

Eight week course, single classes available for 35 dollar each and $50 for lasagna.

If you are new to Italian cooking, this is the course for you. Ideal for the beginner cooks, you will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch with few different cuts, you will also learn gnocchi and sauces, cookies, tiramisu, minestrone, chicken parmiggiana and lasagna.Price is 250 dollar.

CLASSES

  • Gnocchi with butter and sage and gnocchi alla sorrentina with tomatoes sauce and mozzarella.
  • Baking class: Nutella roll and nutella cookies
  • Fresh egg pasta, tomato sauce and meat sauce.
  • Tiramisu and Minestrone
  • Baked pasta with red sauce, meatball
  • Apple cookies, Philadelphia cookies
  • Fresh pasta without eggs, chicken parmiggiana.
  • Lasagna – this class is 3 hours long

    Hi would love to take your classes but when are they and where are you located? Just need to figure out time lines and possible baby sitting. Are there discounts if I want to take the full line of classes offered?

    We’ve fallen into the same foods trap and have to change it. Will be taking the next 8 months off work to be home with the kids and help my son adjust to kindergarten. He has some medical issues (allergies all tree nuts, egg and other medical concerns) and we are wanting to make things from scratch and teach him.

    la mantecatura del risotto e’ la parte piu difficile perche non si deve mai usare il cucchiaio per non rompere I chichi di riso ma bisogna agitare la pentola facendo si che il risotto faccia un onda.
