TASTE OF ITALY SPRING SESSION:

 

Four week course, drop in class available! If you want to learn Italian cooking, this is the course for you.

Ideal for beginners cooks, you will learn the basic of Italian Cuisine like: Gnocchi, Fresh Pasta, Risotti, Italian sauces, Chicken cutlets and dessert. You will also learn about Italian Culture,  Italian Tradition and the history behind every dish.
Price for all the 4 classes is 200 dollar or 50 dollar for drop in.

Spring Session Options:

~Thursday April 5 from 7pm to 9pm Gnocchi Workshop:

In this popular class we are learning how to make Homemade Potato Gnocchi, Bolognese sauce, Butter and sage Sauce and a surprise dessert. Come to have fun in a  kitchen with an Authentic Italian Mamma. All the recipe are from my mom’s kitchen! This is how I grew up.Panna Cotta desset will be served.

~Saturday April 7 from 11.30 to 1.30 Italian Sauces Workshop

In this class we will learn how to make the most popular Italian Pasta sauces like: Carbonara, Tomato and Basil, Puttanesca and Creamy sauce with whipping cream, ham and peas. ~Wednesday April 11 from 7 pm to 9.30 pm Fresh Pasta  Workshop

In this popular class you will learn how to make Fresh Eggs pasta  using just 2 ingredients: eggs and flour! Mamma Marzia will show you all the magic behind fresh pasta. You will learn to knead, roll, and cut pasta into fettuccini and spaghetti. The course pasta is complete with a good homemade authentic homemade sauce made with love. ~Thursday April 19 from 7pm to 9.30 pm Risotto Workshop

In this popular class you will learn how to make an authentic Italian Risotto! we will make Saffron Risotto and Butternut Squash Risotto using beef broth and Vegetables broth!Bring a friend and come to have some fun with you taste the flavor of Italy with an authentic Italian mamma. ~Thursday January 18 from 7pm to 9 pm Fresh Pasta Workshop:

In this popular class you will learn how to make Fresh Pasta with just 2 ingredients: eggs  and flour! Believe in magic and we will roll out some Fresh Tagliatelle, Spaghetti and more. We will also make a delicious white sauce with whipping cream, peas and ham and a simple tomato sauce. Surprise dessert will be served. All the recipe are from my mom’s kitchen! This is how I grew up.

~Thursday January 25 Risotto Workshop from 7 pm to 9 pm

In this class you will learn how to make an Authentic Risotto starting with a nice delicious broth! Broth is one of the basic, you can use it for many things, nothing beats a good homemade Risotto made with an homemade broth. We will make Saffron Risotto and Risotto with Pumpkin. Surprise dessert will be served. All the recipe are from my mom’s kitchen! This is how I grew up.

~Thursday February 1 PASTA SAUCES CLASS from 7 pm to 9 pm

In this class we are making Pasta with 4 different sauce like Carbonara, Puttanesca, Amatriciana, Tomato sauce! All this sauces are very fast, the time you are boiling the pasta and the sauce is petty much done. Dessert will be served.  All the recipe are from my mom’s kitchen! This is how I grew up.

Fall Session Options:

>Thursday Oct 5 : Potato Gnocchi with meat sauce, Pumpkin Gnocchi with butter and sage and Panna Cotta.


>Thursday Oct 12: Fresh pasta, tagliatelle with Whipping cream and peas, agnolotti with ricotta and spinach and torta di mele.


>Thursday Oct 19: Risotto with Saffron, Risotto with Pumpking, Broth and Tiramisu.


>Thursday Oct 26: Pasta with 5 different sauce like Carbonara, Puttanesca, Amatriciana, Tomato sauce, Mushroom sauce and chicken piccata.


In every class you will also learn all about Italian CULTURE,TRADITIONS and HISTORY of all the dishes and how to cook with a sprinkle of love.
You will also learn how to choose the right products and how to recognize AUTHENTIC ITALIAN products.
Most of the classes are hands-on so be ready to work while you have fun.

Let’s learn how to make one of the most tradition Italian dish: gnocchi.We will make potato gnocchi  with few different sauces like: butter and sage, meat sauce, alla sorrentina{ tomatoes sauce and lots of mozzarella}.

Lasagna

Let’s learn how to make a real authentic Lasagna, the Italian way.We will make the fresh pasta, meat sauce, beschamel sauce and we will put everything together.
