CLASSIC ITALIAN LEVEL 1

FALL 2017

Four week course, drop in class available! If you want to learn Italian cooking, this is the course for you.

Ideal for beginners cooks, you will learn the basic of Italian Cuisine like: Gnocchi, Fresh Pasta, Risotti, Tiramisu, Carbonara, Chicken Piccata and Minestrone.
Price for all the 4 classes is 160 dollar or 40 for drop in.

Fall Session Options:

>Thursday Oct 5 : Potato Gnocchi with meat sauce, Pumpkin Gnocchi with butter and sage and Panna Cotta.


>Thursday Oct 12: Fresh pasta, tagliatelle with Whipping cream and peas, agnolotti with ricotta and spinach and torta di mele.


>Thursday Oct 19: Risotto with Saffron, Risotto with Pumpking, Broth and Tiramisu.


>Thursday Oct 26: Pasta with 5 different sauce like Carbonara, Puttanesca, Amatriciana, Tomato sauce, Mushroom sauce and chicken piccata.


In every class you will also learn all about Italian CULTURE,TRADITIONS and HISTORY of all the dishes and how to cook with a sprinkle of love.
You will also learn how to choose the right products and how to recognize AUTHENTIC ITALIAN products.
Most of the classes are hands-on so be ready to work while you have fun.

Fresh eggs pasta and sauces

Let’s  learn how to make fresh pasta with few different sauces like: meat sauce, mushroom sauce, simple tomatoes sauce and ham, peas and whipping cream sauce.

  • Saturday  Nov 4.
  • Class run in the morning from 10.30 to 1
  • Max of 6 people
  • The price is 40 dollar and include recipe and after the work is done we can taste what   we made.
  • Registration by email at marzia@bellacibo.ca or in person. Pre-payment is required.Bella Cibo reserve the right to cancel or re-scheduale classes when is necessar .We need one week cancellation; note that Refunds will be in the form of Bella Cibo’s gift card. 

GNOCCHI PARTY

Let’s learn how to make one of the most tradition Italian dish: gnocchi.We will make potato gnocchi  with few different sauces like: butter and sage, meat sauce, alla sorrentina{ tomatoes sauce and lots of mozzarella}.

Lasagna

Let’s learn how to make a real authentic Lasagna, the Italian way.We will make the fresh pasta, meat sauce, beschamel sauce and we will put everything together.

  • November 11,
  • Class run from 10.30 to 1.30.
  • Max of 6 people, message me for registration marzia@bellacibo.ca
  • Price 50 dollar and include recipes and a small tray of lasagna made by you to bring home to taste with your family, size of the pan 8×8.
